Warranty Terms and Conditions:

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering your product for warranty. This warranty applies to the ultrasonic cleaner with a UVC sterilizer ("Product") purchased from our Shopify website.

1. Warranty Coverage:
   We provide a 1-year warranty that protects the customer against any manufacturing problems that cause the Product to not function properly. This warranty covers repairs or replacement of the Product, at our discretion, for the duration of one year from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Registration:
   To activate your warranty, you must properly register your Product by completing the warranty registration form. During registration, you must accurately enter the Product's serial number, which can be found below the unit. Failure to register the serial number correctly may void the warranty.

3. Warranty Exclusions:
   The warranty is void if the Product has been deliberately broken, misused, modified, or used against the terms and steps properly specified in the product manual. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects that impair the proper functioning of the Product.

4. User's Personal Items:
   The warranty solely covers the Product itself and does not extend to any personal items or belongings that have been cleaned with the Product. We are not responsible for any damage caused to personal items during the use of the Product.

5. Replacement Parts:
   In the event that your Product requires repair or replacement under warranty, we will use the address provided during warranty registration to send any necessary replacement parts. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and up to date.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:
   We value your privacy and will not sell or disclose any personal information provided during warranty registration to any third party, except as required for warranty fulfillment purposes or as legally mandated.

7. Limitations of Liability:
   Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the Product as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

8. Governing Law:
   These warranty terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
