Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
To initiate your return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and return your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You buy your own labels
You can ship with any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and you pay for shipping labels directly with them.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We provide labels
For your convenience, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund.
We have discounted prices with UPS ground and USPS.
